Per ottere il rimborso dei crediti sulla tua card:
1- effettua l'accesso tramite Google / Facebook / Apple (oppure registrati!)
2- clicca sul tasto "richiesta rimborso" sul tuo profilo, quindi "associa biglietto".
3- Qui inserisci l'UID del tuo Qr (lo trovi scritto sotto il qrCODE della tua card)
4- Successivamente scegli nuovamente "richiesta rimborso" ed inserisci i tuoi dati bancari.
LE RICHIESTE DI RIMBORSO POTRANNO EFFETTUARSI FINO AL 30/09
VERRANNO POI EROGATI NEL MESE DI OTTOBRE

3- Here enter the UID of your QR (you can find it written under the QRCODE of your card)
4- Then choose "refund request" again and enter your bank details.
