Come funziona

In app o in cassa

Menu e prodotti

In quattro passaggi

  4. Ritrovi i ticket nell’app I ticket acquistati qui compaiono nell’app, nella sezione Acquista menu.

How it works

Festival menus and products are purchased in the app or at the till. Tickets for experiences and events, on the other hand, only from this web shop: it is the same account as the app.

In app or at the till

Menus and products

In the Cous Cous Fest app, or directly at the till on site, you can buy:

  • the menus of the Cous Cous Houses
  • the festival dishes and products

Experience and event tickets

On this shop you can buy:

  • tickets for the experiences
  • tickets for the scheduled events

One single account for both

If you already have the app, when this site asks you to sign in log in again with the same email you use in the app.

This is the step that keeps the two parts together: with a different address your tickets end up on another profile and you will not see them in the app.

In four steps

  1. Choose the day Use the filter at the top to see only the events of the day you are interested in.
  2. Add to cart Tap Buy on the event. Free-entry events have no ticket: you simply turn up on site, subject to available seats.
  3. Sign in with the app email At checkout you are asked to sign in: use the same address, so your tickets stay on your profile.
  4. Find your tickets in the app Tickets purchased here appear in the app, in the Buy menu section.
