Spiegazione procedura Rimborso

Se non hai ricaricato il tuo braccialetto tramite l’app, il tuo bracciale non è associato al tuo profilo quindi:

—Fare click sul link https://shop.meccanismi.cloud/25-bosa-beer-fest/

—Cliccare “registrati” e inserire una mail e una password;

—Cliccare sul riquadro contenente il vostro nome e cognome, apparirà la dicitura ‘richiesta rimborso’;

—Scegliere l’opzione ‘associa biglietto’;

—Il codice del biglietto richiesto lo si ottiene inquadrando il QR code presente sul bracciale con una normale fotocamera: copialo e incollalo all’interno del riquadro.

 

Dopo che il biglietto sarà associato, proseguire con la procedura rimborso riportata in seguito:

—Cliccare sul riquadro ‘richiesta rimborso’;

—Compilare il form, salvare e continuare;

—Procedere con l’inserimento dei dati bancari del conto corrente dove si desidera ricevere il rimborso e cliccare su salva;

—Sarà possibile richiedere il rimborso fino a mercoledì 30-04-2025 ore 12:00;

—La richiesta di rimborso sarà presa in carico e il corrispettivo verrà erogato entro il 30 giugno 2025.

Si prega di prestare attenzione alla compilazione e di inserire i dati corretti.

—Click on the box containing your name and surname, and you will see the wording 'refund request’;

—Choose the 'associate ticket' option;

—The ticket code required can be obtained by scanning the QR code on your bracelet with a regular camera.

—Fill out the form, save, and continue;

—Proceed with entering the bank details of the bank account where you want to receive the refund and click save;

—The refund request will be processed, and the corresponding amount will be disbursed by 30 June 2025.
